Cookie Dough Dip

1 pkg cream cheese
1 stick butter
2 T. Brown Sugar
3/4 c Powdered Sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup chocolate chips (optional white chocolate chips)

Mix together and serve with vanilla wafers
