Tomato Bisque Soup

3 TBSP Butter
6 cans of diced tomatoes (14.5 oz)
24 oz water
8 bouillon cubes
3 TBSP onion
1/2 tsp baking soda
5 TBSP sugar

Add all ingredients to large pot and simmer gently for 1 hour.

Add
1 c tomato paste
2 cups heavy cream
Pinch of parsley

Heat and serve. (Can be blended to less chunky texture if desired) Makes 1 gallon.
