Huckleberry Pie

In a saucepan add:

1 c sugar
5 TBSP Cornstarch
1/4 tsp salt
1 c huckleberries
2/3 c water

Stir until it boils and is thick, cool, then add:

2 TBSP Butter
1 1/2 tsp lemon juice

When room temperature fold in 3 cups of huckleberries. Pour into prepared pie crust and bake at 425 degrees for 35 minutes.
