THE BEST Buttermilk Pancakes.
Ingredients:
2/4 TBSP lowfat margarine
1 c. All Purpose Flour
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
3/4 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Salt
2 tsp sugar
1 egg
1 c. buttermilk
Melt the margarine int he microwave. In a medium bowl, combine flour, bakingsoda, baking powder salt and sugar. In another bowl, whisk the egg lightly and stir in the buttermilk and melted margarine. Stir the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just blended. Do not over blend. Cook on stove with Greased Pan until pancakes are browned and the center is puffy and moist. Serve with maple syrup.
